Come to the Table Forum: "What's History Got to Do with It?"

This month’s Come to the Table event will feature Jonathan Knight, the movie director and special effects supervisor for some of Hollywood’s biggest movies. He discovered his family’s connection to slave ownership and has created a documentary, INVENTED BEFORE YOU WERE BORN.  A twenty minute preview of the hour and a half minute film will start at 7:00 pm at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Marin City. He will speak afterwards, along with Marin City historians Benjamin Myles and Tami Bell. Seating is limited to 200 people, so RSVP is suggested. The dinner portion of the event from 5:15 to 7:00 is limited to 25 Marin residents and 25 Marin City residents. RSVP is a must.
